Requirements

  • Administrative support to the team
  • Preparation of documents for meetings and presentations
  • Archiving, scanning, maintaining and organizing of documents, including electronic filing and data management
  • Preparation of reports & overviews for the team
  • Communication with suppliers, clients and potential clients & administering contacts' database
  • Processing of incoming mail - distribution, archiving; processing mail for dispatch
  • Scheduling agenda, arranging meetings, planning business trips, booking hotels, restaurants, flights, etc.
  • Cooperation and preparation for company/teambuilding/marketing events
  • Managing office operations, ordering office equipment, refreshment etc.
  • Work in company systems (Tririga, CRM, Axapta, Jira & any successors)
