About the role
- Supports the team by preparing meeting documents
- Manages filing and reports
- Communicates with suppliers and clients
- Schedules meetings and travel
- Coordinates events
- Manages office operations
- Uses systems like Tririga and CRM
Requirements
- Administrative support to the team
- Preparation of documents for meetings and presentations
- Archiving, scanning, maintaining and organizing of documents, including electronic filing and data management
- Preparation of reports & overviews for the team
- Communication with suppliers, clients and potential clients & administering contacts' database
- Processing of incoming mail - distribution, archiving; processing mail for dispatch
- Scheduling agenda, arranging meetings, planning business trips, booking hotels, restaurants, flights, etc.
- Cooperation and preparation for company/teambuilding/marketing events
- Managing office operations, ordering office equipment, refreshment etc.
- Work in company systems (Tririga, CRM, Axapta, Jira & any successors)
