About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform technical and document analyses of real estate developments, assessing urban, building and regulatory aspects.
  • Interpret and apply laws and regulations related to real estate development, including the Master Plan, land use and occupancy regulations, zoning, and building and municipal codes.
  • Analyze requirements and approval processes with the Fire Department, environmental agencies, utilities and other relevant public authorities.
  • Monitor licensing, regularization and approval processes for developments, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Prepare flowcharts, diagnostics and strategies for the regularization of properties and developments.
  • Review and organize the technical and legal documentation required for project approval and regularization.
  • Simultaneously monitor the documentation status of multiple properties, identifying outstanding issues, risks and technical recommendations.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities performed by external consultants and partners, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Read, interpret and perform critical analysis of legal project documents and technical drawings.
  • Prepare technical reports, opinions and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Participate in technical meetings with multidisciplinary teams, public authorities, consultants and clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Architecture and Urbanism (Architecture)
  • Knowledge of urban planning and building legislation
  • Experience with development approvals and regularization processes
  • Ability to read and interpret legal project documentation and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience preparing technical reports
  • Availability for occasional travel
