About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform technical analysis of documents for regulatory compliance (project documents, construction works, suppliers), supporting the client throughout the process;
Use and interpret technical standards when performing services;
Conduct technical site visits with a focus on performance and quality;
Knowledge of construction execution and services;
Understanding of the execution process of on-site activities;
Prepare technical reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
Experience with design, construction, or technical analysis;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
Knowledge of Revit is desirable;
Knowledge of civil construction technical standards (building codes);
Valid driver’s license (CNH) and availability for site visits;
Analytical and organized profile;
Good communication and technical interpretation skills;
Proactive and eager to learn;
Commitment, focus, and attention to detail;
Interest in quality and performance in civil construction.
