About the role

  • Architect with experience in project coordination and integration (residential, commercial, warehouses, etc.), responsible for schedule planning and deadline strategies (development of timelines and workflows), leading processes and guidelines, and managing meetings (invitations, agendas, minutes, etc.).
  • Quality control of projects and/or BIM models (modeling standards) developed by the technical project team;
  • Monitoring deliverables and deadlines for releases related to project measurements;
  • Managing project team communications regarding required changes;
  • Experience coordinating and reconciling projects across all disciplines, both 2D and BIM, and proficiency with the respective software for clash detection;
  • Preparation of detailed management reports;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture;
  • Experience in project coordination and reconciliation;
  • Knowledge and experience with BIM systems is desirable;
  • Revit (desirable);
  • Navisworks (desirable);
  • MS Project;
  • Microsoft Office suite.
