About the role
- Act as the interface between operational units, the division, internal specialist departments and the customer
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer; accompany customer visits and audits
- Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery; monitor defined KPIs and service parameters (SLAs) in accordance with the customer contract
- Manage customer-related invoicing and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines
- Apply and monitor customer contract provisions and review them for currency
- Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) projects at the site
- Provide regular reporting to customers and company management
- Occasional customer visits within Europe (e.g. Germany, Belgium)
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training; further qualification such as a business management qualification (e.g. Betriebswirt) preferred
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Solid experience in managing existing customers and acquiring new clients
- Confident demeanor, professional manners and a high level of interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills and a goal- and results-oriented approach to work
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Fluent German and good English skills (minimum B2 level)
