Performs mapping, analysis, data editing and conversion using ArcGIS for Desktop/ArcGIS Pro
Manipulate spatial & non-spatial data using Python, ArcPy, SQL, and model builder
Produce professional quality exhibits and tabular outputs
Performs quality assurance on GIS data from both internal and external sources
Ensure geospatial products are in compliance with applicable specifications
Assist in data integrity and quality assurance activities to ensure application stability
Interprets valuation maps, survey plats, topographic maps, construction layouts and record drawings
Utilizes deeds, legal descriptions, survey records and third party agreements to determine nature of parcel, easement, right-of-way rights and other legal covenants
Identifies CSX and/or third party property ownership responsibilities
Conducts real estate-related research through team or individually
Promotes positive customer service environment internally and externally
Processes, manages, and enforces procedures regarding compliance with CSX Transportation (CSXT) standards
Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree
3 or more years of experience in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Planning, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum of 3 years using ArcGIS for Desktop/ArcGIS Pro
Equivalent Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with 5 or more years of experience and minimum of 5 years using ArcGIS for Desktop/ArcGIS Pro
Proficient with ESRI ArcGIS suite of applications and extensions (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Online)

Sound technical understanding of key technologies (GIS, CADD, Database) and systems
Proficient using MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel
Demonstrates proactive problem solving skills with high attention to detail
Knowledge of real estate contractual agreements
Ability to identify, resolve, and complete complex tasks and work assignments based on defined service levels
Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally and attend client meetings
