About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage employee lifecycle transactions (hire, transfer, promotion, separation) within UKG, ensuring accuracy and adherence to HR best practices
- Complete the I‑9 and E‑Verify process and respond to employee questions related to policies, payroll, and benefits
- Provide administrative support for the performance management cycle, including sending HRIS access instructions, conducting completion audits, and issuing reminder communications
- Handle a wide range of HR administrative tasks such as responding to general employee inquiries, maintaining job descriptions, processing employment verifications, and preparing HR reports
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, PTO, and other HR‑related topics with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain and audit employee data within the HRIS to ensure compliance, completeness, and data integrity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to travel up to 5%, primarily for training
- Minimum one year of HR administrative experience (preferred)
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
