About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Full ownership of product from concept to end-of-life
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain and manufacturing
Translate customer and market needs into scalable and manufacturable product solutions
Ensure product design aligns with production feasibility and supply chain resilience
Lead stage-gate processes and ensure documentation readiness for scale-up
Manage product modifications, continuous improvements, and cost optimization initiatives
Actively promote products and cross sell opportunities with internal and external customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related degree
3+ years working in a Product Development or Product Management role
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Experience with JD Edwards, PowerBI, and Akeneo
Must be available for at least 15% - 20% domestic travel, possibly international
