Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of buyers responsible for sourcing finished goods
Own and deliver reporting on inventory levels, outages, risks, and supply changes
Ensure product availability through proactive risk identification and mitigation
Drive cost competitiveness through negotiations and cost reduction initiatives
Establish long-term supplier alignment and strategic vendor relationships
Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Product Development, and Operations
Continuously improve purchasing processes, systems, and reporting
Oversee the MRO purchasing for US operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
3+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams
Strong analytical skills and experience with inventory metrics
Proven success in vendor negotiations and cost management
Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and advanced Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Must reside full-time in the continental US
