About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, target, and secure new distributors, contractors, and strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute territory-level business development plans
  • Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound engagement, and market intelligence
  • Lead product introductions, demos, and value-driven conversations
  • Support distributor sales teams to increase product awareness and sell-through performance
  • Conduct strategic business reviews with new accounts
  • Deliver technical and commercial training to distributors, contractors, and field sales teams
  • Partner closely with Wholesale Sales, Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Customer Service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent or higher
  • 5+ years of b2b sales in HVAC, building products, or industrial distribution
  • Comfortable with significant field travel (50–60%)
  • MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
