About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, target, and secure new distributors, contractors, and strategic accounts
- Develop and execute territory-level business development plans
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound engagement, and market intelligence
- Lead product introductions, demos, and value-driven conversations
- Support distributor sales teams to increase product awareness and sell-through performance
- Conduct strategic business reviews with new accounts
- Deliver technical and commercial training to distributors, contractors, and field sales teams
- Partner closely with Wholesale Sales, Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Customer Service
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma and/or equivalent or higher
- 5+ years of b2b sales in HVAC, building products, or industrial distribution
- Comfortable with significant field travel (50–60%)
- MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
