About the role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document opportunities for automation and AI.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using tools like UiPath Studio or Power Automate, and implement AI-driven solutions, including intelligent agents, custom models, and machine learning applications.
- Integrate automation and AI solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, enterprise platforms, and third-party software, aligning with integration standards and principles.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancement.
- Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and develop supporting documentation, including process maps and solution design documents.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of automation and AI solutions.
- Debug and optimize workflows and models.
- Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, custom ML models).
- Evaluate their applicability to business challenges and develop recommendations for strategic adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation and AI solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, data security and privacy regulations, and internal architecture and development standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform)
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, and relevant libraries
- Experience developing and deploying AI models, intelligent agents, or ML pipelines
- Strong understanding of automation and AI concepts, best practices, and methodologies
- Experience in integrating solutions with REST APIs and cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud
- Strong experience with relational databases and proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
- Advanced debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills across development environments
- Familiarity with source control (e.g., GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with agile development practices using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
