About the role
- Full ownership of product from concept to end-of-life
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain and manufacturing
- Translate customer and market needs into scalable and manufacturable product solutions
- Ensure product design aligns with production feasibility and supply chain resilience.
- Lead stage-gate processes and ensure documentation readiness for scale-up
- Manage product modifications, continuous improvements, and cost optimization initiatives
- Actively promote products and cross sell opportunities with internal and external customers
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher-level degree
- 3+ years working in a Product Development or Product Management role
- Knowledge and working experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC markets
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMs
- Must be available for at least 15% - 20% domestic travel, possibly international
