About the role
- Develop and expand RectorSeal’s presence in Eastern Canada
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesale distributors, contracting firms, and representative agencies
- Train, support, and motivate a regional network of independent sales representatives
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners
- Generate demand for products by engaging directly with key mechanical contractors
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in HVAC and/or plumbing products
- Proven experience working with wholesale distributors, contracting firms, or rep agencies
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Available to travel at least 50% of the time across Quebec
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present technical products
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage regional sales initiatives
