About the role

  • Responsible for product management of our software solutions across the entire product lifecycle
  • Analyze customer requirements from production, Lean management and quality management (QM)
  • Translate domain requirements into clear product visions, concepts and development specifications for software engineering
  • Work closely with development, consulting, sales and customers
  • Provide technical assessment and prioritization of requirements and product enhancements
  • Ensure our software efficiently supports and optimizes production processes
  • Support the development of features related to production processes, Lean methods and quality management in production
  • Support product launches, releases and ongoing product improvements
  • Support sales and consulting teams with product knowledge and domain expertise

Requirements

  • Several years of industry experience, ideally in a production-oriented environment
  • Professional experience as a Product Manager, production manager or in a comparable role
  • Strong understanding of production processes and industrial operations
  • Solid knowledge of Lean methods (e.g., Kaizen/KVP, value stream mapping, continuous improvement)
  • Experience in production quality management (QM in production)
  • Ability to translate production domain requirements into software and product requirements
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and confident manner when interacting with customers, development teams and management
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least B2, ideally C1)
