About the role
- Reports directly to the National Technical Operations Manager.
- Provide technical expertise on repair procedures and relevant analytical data to network shops.
- Assist licensees in achieving their performance objectives and maintaining standards.
- Take ownership of critical issues related to shop operations.
- Guide licensees' decision-making and their negotiations.
- Escalate complex cases to management.
- Present findings from analyses of complex cases in person or virtually to all parties involved, and act as a mediator.
- Use CSN's ERP system to record interactions, key information and case resolutions accurately and systematically.
- Carry out targeted estimate audits to support CSN shops in their KPI performance.
- Proactively identify underperforming shops for coaching and implementation of improvement plans.
- Participate in developing shop development action plans, their implementation and monitoring of progress as needed.
- Collaborate with management to maximize licensees' use of the CSN System.
- Serve as a resource for licensees regarding automaker equipment and training requirements.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new shops as required.
- Produce monthly reports on activities and progress, providing a summary of key topics.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing, in French and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and high diplomacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify mutually beneficial decisions and communicate them to stakeholders in a respectful, professional and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, logical and organized thinking.

- Autonomous, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing training and stay current with industry trends.
- Knowledge of Dynamics, or experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system, is an asset.
- At least 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the collision repair industry.
- At least 5 years of estimating experience with Audatex and Mitchell systems.
- At least 5 years of experience consulting automaker procedures for estimating purposes.
- Ongoing I-CAR training or other technical training or automaker certification (electric vehicles, structural materials, ADAS, vehicle technology).
- Thorough knowledge of GAA rules and their application in the province of Quebec.
- The successful candidate will be required to work in a complex, fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing numerous competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to work from home and have access to a vehicle.
- Must exercise good judgment and understand situations where feedback and advice should be sought from others.
- Practical intermediate-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
