About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement a global OH & Wellness strategy aligned with EHS vision.
- Lead U.S. workers’ compensation programs, ensuring compliant handling, medical quality, and efficient claim resolution.
- Establish global standards, clinical protocols, and IH governance systems.
- Lead global case management including early communication, functional capacity evaluations, and accommodation assessments.
- Govern Australian self-insurance injury management systems and compliance audits.
- Oversee international Early Intervention programs focusing on rapid triage and injury minimization.
- Provide biosafety oversight in R&D settings.
- Lead OH/IH global teams and manage external vendor performance.
- Own global OH/IH data systems, KPIs, and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD/DO, NP/PA with OH focus, MS OH/IH).
- 10+ years OH/IH leadership in multinational or regulated industries.
- Strong experience with U.S. workers’ compensation programs.
- Knowledge of Australian self-insurance injury management and Early Intervention programs.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EU OSH, ISO 45001/45003, and ACGIH/NIOSH frameworks.
- Preferred Qualifications: Board certification in Occupational Medicine or CIH/COH.
- Experience leading global workers’ compensation transformation.
- Implementation of global OH digital systems.
- Experience with ESG metrics and cross-cultural leadership.
