About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement a global OH & Wellness strategy aligned with EHS vision.
Lead U.S. workers’ compensation programs, ensuring compliant handling, medical quality, and efficient claim resolution.
Establish global standards, clinical protocols, and IH governance systems.
Lead global case management including early communication, functional capacity evaluations, and accommodation assessments.
Govern Australian self-insurance injury management systems and compliance audits.
Oversee international Early Intervention programs focusing on rapid triage and injury minimization.
Provide biosafety oversight in R&D settings.
Lead OH/IH global teams and manage external vendor performance.
Own global OH/IH data systems, KPIs, and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD/DO, NP/PA with OH focus, MS OH/IH).
10+ years OH/IH leadership in multinational or regulated industries.
Strong experience with U.S. workers’ compensation programs.
Knowledge of Australian self-insurance injury management and Early Intervention programs.
Familiarity with OSHA, EU OSH, ISO 45001/45003, and ACGIH/NIOSH frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications: Board certification in Occupational Medicine or CIH/COH.
Experience leading global workers’ compensation transformation.
Implementation of global OH digital systems.
Experience with ESG metrics and cross-cultural leadership.
Strategic leadership and influence.
