About the role
- Accountable for leading the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and environmental risk management programs across all global operations
- Ensures proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of EHS and environmental risks
- Drive global risk governance and foster a culture of safety and environmental compliance
- Develop and execute global EHS risk management and environmental management strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for high-impact EHS and environmental risks
- Establish and maintain global EHS and environmental governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with international EHS and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in global EHS and environmental risk management, compliance, and governance
- Proven track record of leading global EHS and environmental programs and managing complex risk portfolios
- Experience with digital EHS platforms and data analytics tools is highly desirable
