About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of business banking and treasury management capabilities within CSI Digital
- Lead integration of Qolo products and services into CSI's digital banking ecosystem, including future Apiture initiatives
- Gather, evaluate, and prioritize enhancement requests aligned with product strategy and business objectives
- Develop epics, features, and user stories defining customer needs, requirements, personas, and user journeys
- Collaborate with development, UX/design, payments, and digital banking teams to deliver integrated customer experiences
- Manage and refine product backlogs with Technical Product Owners
- Track milestones, delivery schedules, risks, and dependencies; provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality and customer expectations
- Serve as subject matter expert for business banking, treasury management, payments, and digital banking products
- Partner with customers, beta programs, user groups, and industry events to gather feedback and influence product direction
- Support customer conferences, product demonstrations, and customer-facing discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across CSI Digital, Payments, Core Banking, Apiture, and Qolo
- Support governance, risk management, business continuity, and compliance activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Fintech, Banking, Technology, or related fields
- Experience with software products, integrations, APIs, or digital solutions
- Understanding of business banking products and services
- Familiarity with payment processing concepts, including ACH, wire transfers, bill pay, and FedNow
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze customer journeys and user experiences
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- Banking, fintech, digital banking, treasury management, or payments experience preferred
- Knowledge of ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Wire Management, and Business Payments preferred
- Experience managing complex product integrations preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle preferred
- Pragmatic Certified Level II or equivalent product management certification preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, AHA, or similar tools preferred
- Exposure to Figma and UX design collaboration preferred
- Interest in leveraging AI tools preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
