Implementation Specialist – Item Processing
CSIImplementation Specialist delivering CSI’s item processing solutions, including POD+, Web RDC, and Smart Branch to clients. Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring successful customer implementations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute implementation projects including new conversions, cross-selling opportunities, and system enhancements
- Configure item processing solutions, including POD+, Web RDC, and Smart Branch
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and system functionality
- Support go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition for customers
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates with internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, or implementation roles
- Experience with item processing, branch capture, or remote deposit capture
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Understanding of file movement, FTP, and secure transfer processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
