Digital Banking Implementation Specialist
CSIDigital Banking Implementation Specialist responsible for implementing CSI’s digital banking solutions. Managing customer data conversions and application configurations for high satisfaction and successful transitions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
- Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements
- Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup
- Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live
- Stay current on product updates and enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
