About the role
- Create, edit, and maintain documentation for CSI products and systems, including customer‑facing and internal materials.
- Develop original documentation as well as enhance and update existing content to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Plan and scope documentation projects, including defining timelines and delivery milestones.
- Support product release documentation, including planning, writing, organizing, and editing release‑related materials.
- Maintain CSI help systems by producing clear, user‑friendly documentation.
- Write and distribute: Customer and internal email communications, Bulletin board postings, Performance alert notifications.
- Ensure documentation meets quality standards and typically requires minimal editing prior to publication.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to review and approve content before distribution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support documentation and communication needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, documentation, or a closely related field.
- Education or job knowledge equivalent to an undergraduate college degree.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, user‑focused documentation.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams and subject matter experts.
