About the role
- Own the end‑to‑end product strategy for Document Storage and Business Intelligence offerings
- Translate market needs, customer input, and regulatory requirements into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog
- Drive consistent delivery against the roadmap, targeting 90%+ on‑time feature delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support for successful product delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Product Managers aligned to strategic goals
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management (or equivalent) in a product‑centric environment
- Experience leading and developing product or technical teams
- Strong familiarity with BSA/AML or regulated‑industry requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
