• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Maintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Manager or Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessary.
• Maintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Works safely at all times and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions existing in the work area.
• Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed.
• Assists in orientation and training for new employees as directed.
• Adheres to proper security procedures.
• Notifies management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer.
• Performs other cleaning-related duties as required.
• Proper GMP documentation, including good penmanship.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

General Cleaner, Full-Time, AM Shift

Engineer

• The individual shall report directly to the Site Manager and will be required to perform various job functions as requested at the site.
• Requirements include preventive maintenance functions and the ability to learn additional skill sets related to HVAC and Electrical systems.
• Utilizes professional skills to interact with tenants.
• Wear appropriate personal protective safety equipment and follows established safety practices and procedures according to OSHA standards.
• Maintain and repair the building’s furnishings, structure, finish and fixtures; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and associated controls.
• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment and its related systems.
• Make mechanical alterations and repairs to the HVAC equipment and controls, as well as all requests for service adjustments.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, pumps, and drain cleaning.
• Install and repair electrical systems, equipment, devices, and circuits.
• Operation of building MEP system and perform preventive maintenance to mechanical equipment.
• Attend to tenant and building service requests including picture hanging, light bulb replacement, and other regular requests.
• Participate in engineering meetings as required.
• Participate in customer visits if needed.
• Strong people skills in terms of cooperation, teamwork, self-motivation, self-learning, and respect for others.
• Other trades work as assigned by your manager.
