Account Manager

• Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, customized sales and marketing materials and basic site itineraries using templates and existing resources.
• Assist in creating hotel specific marketing materials that support further growth in hotel-based lead generation, including but not limited to customized Destination Guides, One Page Hotel Sheets and One Page Décor Pages.
• Conduct research on venues, activities, and local offerings to support proposals and presentations.
• Help manage inventory of client and hotel gifts and assist with vendor communication as needed.
• Support coordination of internal events, such as hotel partner meetings or client happy hours.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop industry knowledge and skillsets.
• Monitor and report local market updates, such as hotel openings or venue changes.
• Maintain accurate business files and information for active and past programs.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and project-based support as assigned by the Director of Sales or Senior Director of Sales.

Sales Account Coordinator

Events

• Independently lead the full proposal process—from concept to delivery—for custom, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget, and brand identity.
• Own all aspects of proposal development, including ideation, narrative writing, pricing, formatting, and presentation delivery.
• Write and adapt creative descriptions for client-facing materials such as activities/tours, venues, and restaurants, customizing standard content when necessary.
• Maintain direct communication with Sales team and Strategic team (if applicable) throughout the pre-sale phase, including discovery calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations, both virtual and in-person.
• Proactively manage workload and role responsibilities in order to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations; adjust program details throughout the proposal phase to ensure alignment of scope, budget, and logistics.
• Attend and contribute to turnover meetings with the Event Management and Sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and clear program documentation.
• Research, evaluate, and communicate with vendors to obtain accurate and cost-effective quotes that meet program requirements.

Event Design and Development Manager

• Assist Event Managers in the coordination and execution of special events
• Handle onsite needs as directed
• Work with vendors and research costing
• Assist Account Managers with proposal and marketing activities
• Work onsite at events as required
• Assist with office management by taking client and general calls

Event Internship

• Be an Event Management team member to create exceptional events
• Understand event cycles and management functions, including; venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative design and implementation
• Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff, vendors, industry partners and clients
• Participate in the discovery of new vendors
• Work autonomously from home and in office Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, when not onsite at an event or traveling
• Work weekends and evenings as needed on site in/around Nashville, TN
• Create exceptional events and operate internal and external programs as assigned
• Support Senior Event Managers to ensure excellence of assigned programs
• Be available as 24/7 contact for clients during programs
• Attend or help coordinate site visits, walkthroughs, and other relevant activities for programs
• Ensure timely billing for all clients and vendors and accuracy of profit and loss statements for assigned programs
• Self-educate or partake in CSI training opportunities and adhere to all financial deadlines
• Maintain staffing and program files in an organized and up-to-date manner using Salesforce or any other software introduced
• Attend all scheduled Event Management meetings and company-wide meetings
• When designated, work closely with other CSI employees on traveling projects
• Understand and help execute client needs, creating a client/partner relationship
• Conceptualize and lead strategic client programs, drive planning process and understand event scope
• Add vision and creativity to client programs
• Manage budget of assigned events and cultivate upselling opportunities

Event Manager

• Manage events within the Washington, DC destination and create exceptional events
