About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Drive proactive inside and field-based sales efforts, including prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Send provider materials, marketing collateral, and follow-up communications.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct appointments, meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up with prospective customers.
  • Independently qualify leads and determine appropriate engagement strategies.
  • Track, manage, and maintain accurate customer and prospect activity records within CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.
  • Assist in nurturing leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers through responsive communication.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests for information.
  • Educate customers on merchant services and payment technology solutions.
  • Work collaboratively across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, communications, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or inside and/or field sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes.
  • Experience or interest in a metric-driven, revenue-focused environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment focused on outreach activity and revenue generation.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter attitude with initiative and follow-through.
