Support the day-to-day administration and compliance of CSG’s health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence and well-being programs
Provide primary support for annual enrollment, HRIS system configuration, vendor implementations, compliance activities and special projects
Research and stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in employee benefits
Ensure compliance with Plan documents and governmental regulations; coordinate and support compliance-related tasks including audits, filings, notices, testing and reporting
Maintain data integrity between internal and external systems by performing routine audits and reconciliations and managing benefit funding processes
Provide excellent customer service by answering participant questions, resolving escalated benefits issues, and supporting benefits education and communications
Support integration activities for mergers and acquisitions
Identify and recommend areas for process optimization and efficiencies
Requirements
3+ years' experience in benefit plan administration
Strong analytical skills to effectively assess and interpret benefit plan data
Aptitude for maintaining and troubleshooting system integrations and reporting
Proficient in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration software and benefit vendor systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Sound knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Excel
