About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop knowledge across telecom BSS/OSS domains, including Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management
- Build expertise in telco product modelling and system configuration
- Configure solutions in alignment with business requirements and solution design
- Provide technical consultancy to internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities, design approaches, and best practices
- Apply TM Forum standards in areas such as product modelling, service decomposition, and order fulfilment
- Support end-to-end solution delivery, including impact assessment and configuration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Devs, Architects) to refine and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues during build and testing phases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in telecommunication BSS/OSS environments
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Product Catalog and Pricing configuration
- Proficient in BPMN modelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Eager to learn and build deep technical expertise.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with Camunda BPMN; Knowledge of XSLT and mapping configurations; Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs (e.g. TMF620, TMF622, TMF641); Understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes in telecom.
