Key responsibilities & impact

Supports payroll processing by verifying timecard data to help ensure accurate compensation.
Organizes HR files using naming conventions and retention schedules to maintain document integrity.
Learns HR policies and procedures through training and shadowing to build foundational knowledge.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Basic understanding of HR principles and terminology
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Customer service orientation with clear communication skills
