About the role

  • Champion and implement Agile Principles, acting as a servant leader for one Scrum team.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) effectively.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the execution, and oversight of all software testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing while leveraging AI tools.
  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on Software Architectures and Software Design specifications, utilizing AI tools to ensure completeness of cases.
  • Perform thorough Debugging and root cause analysis of software defects.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the Software Development lifecycle to ensure quality is built in from the start.
  • Conduct Systems Analysis to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
  • Effectively manage communication and expectations with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Act as a mentor to junior QA engineers and team members, fostering their growth and skill development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile Principles.
  • Extensive experience in Software Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of Software Architectures and Software Design principles.
  • Experience in the Software Development lifecycle.
  • Experience in leveraging UI tools for efficient and thorough test case identification, writing and execution.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
  • A passion for Mentoring and fostering team growth.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
