- Providing technical leadership for large and complex architecture solutions.
- Ensuring software solutions is within scope of business needs & solution interfaces with customer’s enterprise architecture.
- Translating customer requirements into software specifications
- Developing solution designs using CSG products are within the technological, financial, and operational constraints of the project, and that meets quality standards for performance, reliability and user experience
- Perform detailed technical assessments and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the delivery teams implementing your solution to ensure that it realises your architectural vision, is delivered on schedule, and adheres to quality standards
- Serve in a product owner role as needed in a self-organizing, high-performing team.
- Perform ongoing client stakeholder management and consultation to ensure that they remain aligned with your solution throughout delivery
- Contribute to the CSG delivery methodology to drive ongoing improvements on how we operate.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Requirements
- A software development background
- Experience in designing solutions for enterprise customers on top of a core product platform
- A passion for technology and learning new techniques to solve old problems
- Knowledge of Telecommunications Industry
- Professional services / consulting experience
- Proficiency in producing software design and architecture diagrams
- Proficient in software design patterns and architectural frameworks
- Design and document software systems and solutions.
- Lead architectural discussions and decisions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Mentor junior architects and developers
