About the role
- You will report to the Vice President to contribute design and implement strategies that enhance performance in CSG's Strategic Accounts team.
- Demonstrate expertise in the creation of effective strategies to overcome objections and secure customer investments in CSG products and services
- You will prospect, cold call, and create sales opportunities within a module of existing strategic accounts by working with other departments to close new business while ensuring successful implementation to the customer
- Lead sales process using presentations, negotiating prices, contractual terms, and developing, writing, delivering sales proposals from initial inquiries, and RFXs through the final negotiation of a commercial agreement
- Manage pursuit team, including company partners, subject matter experts, and third-party partners while sharing knowledge, and insights with both internal and external colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in sales related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 5+ years of formal field sales experience within CSG's target markets
- 8+ years of sales experience identifying, qualifying, and prioritize prospects with demonstrated results while applying SMEs to gain credibility with important prospects
- Experience driving the sales process from start to finish and negotiating sales deals and achieving/exceed sales quotas
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and building partnerships while driving transformational breakthroughs within target accounts and communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Preference will be given to candidates who has a background selling contact center or messaging solutions
