About the role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications or systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient and reliable software solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize code, and stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Work collaboratively with other CSG delivery teams in Chicago, Bangalore, and Brisbane.
- Leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, test automation, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
- Have at least 5 years of technical experience in the telecom BSS domain in solution design and/or product development.
- Be effective at communicating and collaborating across multiple teams, ensuring understanding of both verbal and written material.
- Have technical knowledge in software development, methodologies, and design.
- Experience in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban is favorable.
- Demonstrate solid programming ability in languages like C#/Go Lang.
- Experience on Amazon Cloud Services (AWS).
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and analysing information for the development of effective solutions to problems or situations.
- Be a self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
