Provide administrative support to the CTO and their respective teams
Manage calendar of the CTO optimizing scheduling, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring efficient use of their time
Facilitate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa and passport management
Create, review, and format complex correspondence, materials, and documents for meetings
Maintain files, records, and ensure privacy and security for confidential information
Respond to inquiries by identifying and implementing solutions independently
Plan and coordinate special events including quarterly business updates and summits
Provide cross-department support as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
7+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting C-level executives in a global environment
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and follow through on deliverables with strong attention to detail
Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively under minimal supervision and pressure
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
