About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement automated validation frameworks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all migration cycles
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and the data conversion team to understand data requirements
Identify data anomalies and provide expert recommendations on optimal reporting designs
Reconcile transformed data against legacy sources to ensure completeness and accuracy
Develop dashboards and readiness metrics that provide real‑time insight into migration status
Support data validation, quality assurance activities, and defect resolution
Assist with UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder review sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using industry tools such as SNP CrystalBridge or SAP DMLT
Secret clearance eligibility
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
