About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Governance and Transaction Managers in managing a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a client-focused approach by providing timely responses, professional communication, and proactive issue resolution
  • Apply for LEIs, GIINs, and data protection licences
  • Draft service agreements, fee letters, and supporting documents
  • Manage company secretarial responsibilities for assigned SPVs
  • Ensure timely filing of confirmation statements and financial statements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Law, Business, or Economics (2:1 or above preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail, conscientious, and diligent
  • Professional and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
