About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide superior customer service to corporate trust clients through effective account administration
  • Monitor contract provisions and respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately
  • Process all related transactions including account setup/termination, collecting critical documents, and cash disbursements
  • Communicate with clients regarding specific account information, deliverable dates, distributions, events, and generating client statements
  • Organize the account set-up process, update appropriate spreadsheets and ticklers
  • Manage the billing and collection of client fees
  • Complete reconciliations timely and accurately
  • Promote a positive team culture and handle day-to-day client requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • High level of organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and analytical ability when working under pressure
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Business level fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
  • Ability to maintain tact, composure and professionalism when situations may become stressful
