About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the coordination and oversight of transactions from a governance, compliance and administrative perspective
Settlement of the confirmed trades within market deadlines
Authorisation of approved settlements and other payments
Reconciliation of daily bank statements
Assist Senior Analysts with cash positions and preparation of relevant Cash Management Reports
Liaise with in-house departments and external clients for accurate and timely settlement of transactions
Develop and maintain waterfall/IPD reporting through lifecycle of transaction
Input, validation and confirmation of Treasury related products
Participate in any other projects required by the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Legal, Finance or Business degree or similar
1-2 years Banking/Financial Services/Capital Markets Experience
Knowledge of financial markets and products is essential
Experience in the use of SWIFT and other payments systems
Excellent attention to detail
IT Literate
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to cope with a busy workload
Ability to agree and meet deadlines
Able to use good judgment to make sound decisions
Planning and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also comfortable working on own initiative
