About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage payroll delivery for a portfolio of clients, including data processing, payslips, salary payments, reporting, and reconciliations
Take ownership of your own client portfolio and contribute to the ongoing development of services and delivery
Support clients with HR-related matters such as pensions, sickness administration, and expense reimbursement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
Contribute to the onboarding and implementation of new clients over time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in client administration or customer service, preferably with international exposure
Understanding of Norwegian payroll practices and labour regulations
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Visma.net Payroll is a plus
Interest in systems, digital tools, and process improvement (including AI tools such as Copilot)
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Recent graduates with an interest in payroll and a strong motivation to learn are encouraged to apply
