Client Success Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, prepare, and/or conduct negotiations
- Manage client relationships and drive growth
- Nurture relationships, lead account planning, and identify business opportunities
- Take responsibility for revenue and customer satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and strategies
- Work on client briefings and conduct in-person client meetings and calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system
- Develop effective client presentations
- Build relationships with C-level executives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commitment to and experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and good time management
- Detail-oriented multitasking in a revenue- and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to think strategically to meet client needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (verbal and written)
- Strong commercial/business acumen and ability to handle escalated customer issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
