About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Working closely with multiple business areas to deliver on high volume projects
- Ensuring the highest levels of productivity, service, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinating and facilitating customer communication for some of top tier client onboardings
- Overseeing multiple aspects of current onboarding projects
- Participating in discussions related to process improvements and collaborating with team members to do the same
- Partnering with sales and customers to ensure proper expectations are set
- Acting as a resource for escalated customer communication
- Communicating updates relating to onboarding projects to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects of high importance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Proven ability to lead peers through actions and influence
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An understanding that his/her success is interdependent with the success the team
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, deadline driven environment
- Attention to detail.
- Preferred: Management experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Preferred: Legal compliance experience.
- Preferred: Business to business customer service experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce experience a plus.
