About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and support team members.
Guide the software development lifecycle, including architectural design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and other teams to deliver high-quality tools.
Facilitate code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Oversee task delegation, resource allocation, and prioritization within an Agile environment.
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
7-10 years of experience with software development and architecture in technologies such as C#, Python, GitHub, Azure, .NET Desktop Applications, React, Node.js, and Azure DevOps
Experience using generative AI in development.
Proven experience mentoring and developing junior software engineers.
Strong understanding of coding and process best practices.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
