About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and support team members
Guide the software development lifecycle
Coach the team in adopting AI‑assisted development practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams to deliver high-quality tools
Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions
Facilitate code reviews and enforce coding standards
Oversee task delegation, resource allocation, and prioritization within an Agile environment
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Provide immediate and continuous feedback regarding team performance
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new development team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
7-10 years of experience with software development and architecture in technologies such as C#, Python, GitHub, Azure, .NET Desktop Applications, React, Node.js, and Azure DevOps
Experience using generative AI in development
Proven experience mentoring and developing junior software engineers
Strong understanding of coding and process best practices
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
