About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In this role, you will be a key contributor to our legal services offering and client success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and interpreting legal, regulatory, and fiscal documentation related to corporate and private client structures
- Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of integrated corporate and private legal solutions
- Acting as a core member of the team, contributing to CSC’s reputation as a proactive and trusted provider in corporate services
- Managing direct relationships with clients and prospects in Belgium and internationally, as well as coordinating with professional intermediaries such as lawyers, notaries, and banks
- Advising on the set-up, optimisation, and maintenance of legal structures in line with regulatory requirements and commercial objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Business Management (with a legal focus), ideally with exposure to corporate, tax, or commercial law
- Have experience in financial services, corporate law, tax advisory, trust environments, or similar fields
- Are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work independently
- Enjoy structure and planning, while remaining flexible in a client-driven environment
- Are motivated by learning, development, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility.
