Support an assigned book of business, with volume fluctuating quarterly
Invoicing Borrowers
Processing Loan Rollovers
Supporting Letter of Credit Activity
Facilitating & Managing Loan Payments
Generating Reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Ensuring compliance with data governance standards
Addressing inbound stakeholder queries via email or phone promptly
Assisting Transaction Managers with Deal Closings and preliminary reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-5+ years of Banking and/or Relevant Financial Services Experience (Loan Operations)
Knowledge of Loan Facility Agreements and understanding of roles involved in Bilateral, Syndicated Loans, and Project Finance Loans
Knowledge of financial markets and products
Experience using WSO, Loan IQ, DebtDomain, iLEVEL, ClearPar or other similar loan/banking platform
Understanding of general loan operations workflow
Ability to work effectively with numbers and identify discrepancies
Proficiency in using MS Office suite of applications, particularly Excel
