Lead a Transaction Management team supporting complex structured finance and securitisation transactions
Oversee delivery across a portfolio of SPVs
Ensure strong corporate governance, on-time statutory and transaction compliance
Help drive operational excellence, risk management, and team development
Act as a director on SPV boards fulfilling fiduciary duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience within Capital Markets, including structured finance and/or securitisation
Proven people leadership and line management experience
Relevant professional qualification or degree in law, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of SPV administration and corporate governance
Demonstrable ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver excellent client service
Experience operating within a controls-focused environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
