About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide visible, on the ground people leadership as well as cosec capability enablement for India colleagues aligned to APAC offices and functions
- Be the first point of contact for India colleagues on staff onboarding, day-to-day people matters, wellbeing, problem solving, and escalation
- Provide consistent on-the-ground support to enable smooth day-to-day delivery alongside functional teams
- Partner with location leaders in people’s matters and provide local nuisance to support decision making
- Act as Cosec SME for technical support
- Coordinate training and knowledge transfer with HK / SG / AU teams
- Identify skill gaps and support cross-training and coverage across teams (Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, and Private Clients)
- Perform process improvement and enhancements to delivery model
- Ensure early identification of attrition and morale risks with backup planning and support of team champions and high-potential staff
- Act as the bridge between India teams and onshore functional leaders, escalating themes and risks early and constructively
- Cascade key messages clearly and share high-level people insights and emerging risks to support OTM in practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 13+ years of experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple entities and client portfolios
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines effectively
- High level of organizational and documentation skills
- Project management capability in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
