Key responsibilities & impact

Develop working knowledge of assigned jurisdictions’ tax forms, requirements, and calculation logic
Continuously learn and adapt to evolving tax laws and technologies
Communicate effectively and proactively with cross-functional team members
Interpret requirements provided by researchers and implement changes into tax return calculations
Unit test updates to ensure accuracy and reduce rework
Assist with creating, maintaining, and improving process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
CPA or master’s degree is a plus
0 to 3 years of industry or public accounting experience specializing in Corporate and/or Pass-through income tax compliance or programming experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience or exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Excel, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, COBOL, or C# is considered a plus but not required.
