About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management product implementations, including discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Translate client business objectives and legal workflows into effective product configurations and implementation plans.
- Provide client-facing, role-based product training to ensure user readiness, adoption, and ongoing self-sufficiency.
- Own implementation projects from kickoff through post-launch stabilization, maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and status communications.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a project manager or in product support is required
- Experience working with clients in software implementation highly desired
- Experience with Matter Management or Enterprise Legal Management is highly desired
- Strong communication skills, strong customer service ability
