About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Strategic, Data‑Driven Insights by leading end‑to‑end analytical efforts, including problem framing, data sourcing and validation, methodology design, and insight generation.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling, executive‑level insights and recommendations that directly influence business strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units, HR, and Finance to understand priorities and align analytics to strategic objectives.
- Drive proactive workforce and talent analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to uncover insights and support predictive and prescriptive decision‑making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data, and business strategy within large, complex organizations; HR analytics experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to connect data to business outcomes and drive action through executive‑level communication.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Denodo); OTBI experience a plus.
- Experience applying AI and machine learning to workforce or enterprise data.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, data governance, and security practices.
