About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver Strategic, Data‑Driven Insights by leading end‑to‑end analytical efforts, including problem framing, data sourcing and validation, methodology design, and insight generation.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling, executive‑level insights and recommendations that directly influence business strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units, HR, and Finance to understand priorities and align analytics to strategic objectives.
  • Drive proactive workforce and talent analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to uncover insights and support predictive and prescriptive decision‑making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data, and business strategy within large, complex organizations; HR analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect data to business outcomes and drive action through executive‑level communication.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Denodo); OTBI experience a plus.
  • Experience applying AI and machine learning to workforce or enterprise data.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, data governance, and security practices.
