About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio and assist in supporting the EMEA Collections Team to reduce delinquency while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Provide strategic Global Accounts Receivable while delivering superior customer service
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers
- Create and enable results-driven, continuous improvement culture within the team that looks to win and deliver upon the mission of the company
- Meet performance goals and targets for collection efficiency, and quality
- Support Team performance, coach/develop and assist in assessing training needs
- Assisting account managers in the identification, acquisition, and retention of customers
- Ensuring that customer relations are maintained at a high level
- Review Key Performance Indicator trends and assist in developing plans for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Part Qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Able to form, foster, and maintain strong positive business relationships across multiple business areas
- Ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external customers
- Able to work independently as well as across functional team structures
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective Oral and Written Communications Skills
- Strong Relationship Management skills
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into measurable objectives
